getting rid of the top heavy adminstrative jobs. They have IB coordinators at almost every school now. I agree, get rid of the ESL teachers and get rid of all the administrative staff you can. Let teachers teach...get rid of no child left behind. I wish you would run, we need some new blood on the school board, the city council, the county council, the house, the senate, and most of all the Presidency. Yes I could. I am retired 62 year old black male I could not win here in Western York County we have two black schools board menbers since slavery. Get my drift.
