Bio

Darin Gantt is a native of Conover, NC and has been covering the Carolina Panthers for 13 years, the past 10 with The Herald. A 1993 graduate of Appalachian State University, Gantt has also worked for the Morganton (N.C.) News-Herald, the Lenior (N.C.) News-Topic and the Gaston Gazette. He and his wife, Kathleen, have a 5-year old daughter, Anna, and a 3-year-old son, Sam.
