-- The cameras spotted Panthers DE Julius Peppers at last night's Game 2 of the NBA Finals, but he was out on the field with everyone else Monday morning.
Attendance for this camp has been good throughout, with few absences for injury or otherwise, other than first-round RB Jonathan Stewart (toe).
-- The heat's reaching Spartanburg levels here, with it hitting the mid-90s by mid-morning. They say it's going to cool off soon, and it better, because I think I saw the devil standing in the parking lot as I was leaving practice.
-- Want to know how to spend a decade or so in the NFL? Watch FB Brad Hoover and RB NIck Goings. They were out there running sprints after practice, readying themselves for the conditioning test later this week. Not anything they had to do, but the kind of thing that keeps you around after your 40 time slips a bit. Most of the team was gone when they ran, but it's the kind of thing every rookie needs to watch.

Amazing
Your comment about Goings and Hoover. I mean, Hoover's taken more hits than a barmaid at closing time, and Goings is second on the all-time Panthers concussion list behind Dan Morgan. I admire these guys will to play. Wow.
Rock on, guys, rock on.
