RDE Rucker, McClover
SLB Davis, Anderson
MLB Morgan, Seward
WLB Diggs, Melton

Interesting to me:

*Colbert over Carter AND Jarrett?
*Mathis out to tackle? I guess he's got college experience, but do you move him after a less-than-stellar year at guard? I guess it doesn't matter as a backup, and maybe this just gives him added value as a swingman in the mold of Todd Fordham, but it's still a bit of a surprise to me.
*Steven Jackson ahead of Nick Goings and Dante Rosario. I guess these two guys have primary positions other than fullback (RB and TE, respectively), and I understand not wanting to overwhelm Rosario early in his career with learning assignments at multiple positions, but Goings has usually been listed as the #2 FB in the past. In addition, Jackson's only experience has been the practice squad and two gameday inactives.
*Derrick Strait as the dime back with only 3 weeks of in-season roster experience. The guy must have had some potential at some point, as he was rated right up there with Chris Gamble his draft year, but I heard the coaching staff liked Deloatch a lot (a favorite of Tim Lewis' from their days with the Giants), and Dion Byrum and Christian Morton have lots of gameday experience with the Panthers, including a couple of starts for Morton.
