Sowell didn't hang his hat on the MINIMUM requirements for being a candidate for president, Mr. Moskovitz. He is entitled to his opinion that a candidate is otherwise unqualified. For example, your qualifications for living (breathing, brain activity, etc.)do not necessarily grant you legitimacy for consideration in the role of, say, a brain surgeon.
