QB David Carr is no longer a Panther. They cut ties with him after he endured -- not completely of his own making -- one of the worst seasons they've witnessed at the position. The guy played well until (and even shortly after) getting his back cracked in New Orleans, but the bottom fell out in Tennessee with a seven-sack game, and he never recovered. If it's in the 1.5 million or so range, I'm fine with the move. If it's over that, I think he's getting overpaid.
